Living in the Age of Anxiety
Reflective Exploration through Self-Awareness
This session invites a fresh perspective on anxiety, reframing it not as an identity or something to be controlled, but as a natural human experience that arises within the body and mind. Through self-awareness, participants are encouraged to meet anxiety with curiosity and understanding rather than resistance.

Drawing on yoga philosophy, contemplative practice, and contemporary insights into the nervous system, the talk is offered within an interfaith and spiritually inclusive framework that resonates with universal teachings about knowing the self more clearly. Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, the session highlights awareness as a deeper source of freedom and compassion.

Participants will also experience gentle breathwork and guided meditation, offering practical tools and a direct sense of grounding, clarity, and ease beyond anxious states.
Paint, Pause, & Bloom
3D Watercolour Paper Flowers Workshop

You’ll explore gentle, beginner-friendly watercolour techniques, letting colour blend and bloom across paper without pressure or perfection.

Use your hands to sculpt your petals into creating a beautiful keepsake bouquet that never wilts.

No experience needed.
No perfection expected.
Just come as you are and let your mind rest. You’ll go home with handmade watercolour blooms and that quiet, glowy, "I feel fresh energy".

Effortless Glow-Up for
Real Women
Makeup & Skincare Workshop
This free live session with Certified Makeup Artist & Skin Profiler Danielle Hade is designed for women who feel like their skin or makeup just isn’t working the way it used to.

In this engaging and relatable presentation, Danielle will share why so many women experience changes in their skin and confidence after 40 — and what actually makes a difference. You’ll watch a live demonstration that breaks down simple, realistic techniques to help your skin and makeup work with you, not against you.

This session is not about trends or complicated routines. It’s about understanding what suits you, restoring confidence, and learning how effortless a glow-up can be.

Knotting Intention
Meditative Macramé Stone Necklace
Knotting Intention is a calming, hands-on macramé workshop designed to be both meditative and empowering.
In this session, participants will learn foundational macramé knots while creating their own stone holder necklace — a wearable piece that symbolises strength, intention, and self-expression.

Each participant will receive a crystal stone and be invited to choose one that holds the energy they need in that moment. Stones can be interchanged over time, allowing the piece to evolve alongside the wearer.

This workshop is accessible to all skill levels, whether participants are completely new to macramé or have prior experience. Through the rhythmic process of knotting, participants are encouraged to slow down, connect with their creativity, and leave with both a finished piece and a renewed sense of confidence, inspiration, and personal empowerment.

No experience is needed — beginners are warmly welcome. Leave not only with stunning henna designs but with memories, inspiration, and a renewed sense of community.

Leadership, Conflict, & Corageous Conversations
Leadership & Entrepreneurship Workshop
In this breakout session, Mary Shamaly shares a practical, conflict-transformation approach to leadership, drawn from her experience mediating high-pressure matters and supporting people through rupture and repair.

Participants will learn how self-regulation becomes a leadership advantage, how to stay steady when emotions rise, and how to lead through disagreement with clarity, confidence, and grace.
Design Your Year Ahead
Guided Journaling Experience
This interactive, guided journaling workshop invites participants to pause, reflect, and intentionally design the year ahead. Participants begin by reflecting on the past year—practising gratitude for what is working and gently releasing what no longer fits.

They will then choose 3–4 key life areas to focus on and explore their vision for 2026, reflecting on how they want to live, feel, and show up. Through guided exercises, participants translate these reflections into clear, practical intentions.

The session also introduces vision boards as a supportive tool, showing how written intentions can later be transformed into visual symbols and cues at home. Participants leave with a clear, personal vision for 2026—grounded in clarity, intention, and direction.
