How InspireHER Came to Be

Rachel Bonner, mother of 6, founded InspireHER out of a deep desire to create a space where women could gather with purpose, openness, and inspiration.

After attending a wide range of women’s conferences and events throughout the United States, Rachel felt a strong pull to bring something similar, yet distinctly unique, to Australia.

She envisioned an event that combined her favourite elements from those experiences: meaningful connection, creativity, personal growth, and honest conversation around faith and belief.

In today’s world, discussions around faith of any kind can often feel uncomfortable or even taboo, while doubt is more widely accepted.

Rachel believes there is a growing need to support and strengthen faith, in all its forms, for the wellbeing of our personal lives, families, and communities.

She also recognises that fear and mistrust often arise from what we do not understand.

By creating space to listen, learn, and seek understanding, Rachel believes we can discover how much we truly have in common and learn to appreciate and support one another’s differences.

At the heart of InspireHER is the belief that learning new skills and engaging in creative experiences awakens excitement, confidence, and possibility. When women come together to support one another, it is powerful!

InspireHER was created to provide opportunities for women to form meaningful connections, learn practical and creative skills, feel uplifted and inspired, and gain new perspectives on belief, life, and leadership.

Above all, it is a celebration of unity, honouring diversity while empowering women to move forward with greater awareness, purpose, and confidence.
