What does my ticket include?
Each InspireHER ticket includes a goodie bag, full access to the InspireHER Market, networking mingle, and entry to all workshop sessions throughout the day.

A percentage of each ticket sold supports La Moneta Foundation, a charity dedicated to empowering CALD women through peer support, financial empowerment, and cultural confidence.
What should I wear?
There is no dress code for InspireHER. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, confident, and yourself. InspireHER is a relaxed, welcoming environment — many women choose smart casual or comfortable clothing they can move and sit in easily.
Are tickets refundable or transferrable?
Tickets are transferrable, but not refundable. Please email inspireherwomensconference@gmail.com if you need to transfer your ticket. ​
Do I need to bring anything?
You don’t need to bring anything special — just yourself and an open heart.
All sessions, materials, and experiences are provided on the day.
If you have specific dietary requirements, accessibility needs, or personal comfort items you prefer to have with you, you’re welcome to bring those along to ensure you feel comfortable and supported throughout the event.
Will there be breaks throughout the day?
Yes, there are morning and afternoon breaks along with lunch. The three breakout sessions will also allow for time to stretch your legs.
Will there be food?
Some vendors will be selling food items, but not full meals. There are restaurants and cafes around Town Hall. These include: Charlong, Jode's Mediterranean Eatery, Roz's Road Haus, The Gardener's Apothecary, Rufio, Saigon Street Eats, Las Tapas, Indy Thai, Hello Sparrow, Pesto's Ristorante Italiano, Banh Mi Baby, Bangkok Sister, Zambrero, Baker in the Rye, The Coffee Company, SoHo Restaurant, Mondo Di Pasta, & Subway.
Do I have to choose a breakout workshop for each session?
No, you don’t have to. While you’re welcome to select a breakout workshop for each of the three sessions, you’re also free to skip a session, take a break, visit the marketplace, or simply rest if that’s what you need. InspireHER is designed to be flexible — you’re invited to move through the day in a way that feels right for you.
Is the event open to women of all backgrounds and faiths?
Yes, absolutely. InspireHER is intentionally designed to be inclusive and welcoming to women of all backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, and faiths — including those who identify as spiritual, religious, or non-religious. The event celebrates diversity and shared humanity, creating a respectful space where every woman is valued and belongs.
What are the craft kits?
Some of our creative workshops offer optional craft kits, which include the materials you need to make the project alongside the instructor during the session. Purchasing a kit allows you to fully participate in the hands-on activity.

You are still very welcome to attend the workshop without purchasing a kit. You may choose to bring your own materials or simply observe the demonstration and learn from the process.

Craft kits can be purchased in advance during the week before the event or on the day, subject to availability.
Can I attend multiple workshops?
Yes. InspireHER includes three breakout sessions, and you may attend one workshop in each session, allowing you to experience up to three different workshops throughout the day.

Can I bring my children?
InspireHER is designed as an adult-focused experience for women aged 18 and over. To help create a calm, immersive environment for all attendees, we’re unable to accommodate children at the event.
That said, nursing mothers are welcome to bring an infant in arms if needed. We aim to be supportive and understanding of mothers’ needs while maintaining the overall experience for all attendees.

Flexible 6-Month Membership Prize​
Open to Australian residents 18+ with a valid InspireHER Women’s Conference ticket. Each ticket receives a lucky number in the gift bag.
Prize: One Flexible 6-Month Fernwood Fitness St Kilda Membership valued at $936, including 24/7 club access, classes, Fernwood App, Pulse program, recovery sessions, and AstonRX.
Draw at 4:30pm, Friday 6 March at the event. Winner must be present; if not, another number will be drawn. Prize not transferable or redeemable for cash. Promotion conducted under Victorian trade promotion regulations.
